Alyssa Tadlock

515-313-1443 | Alyssa.Tadlock@icloud.com

Born and raised here, Alyssa Tadlock and her husband Brad came back to Winterset after living out of state for several years. It was such a great place to grow up, they couldn’t imagine raising a family anywhere else. They have been “home” for about 16 years now and in addition to parenting and all that includes, Alyssa serves on rotating committees at their church and is on the board of the Winterset Community Education Foundation.

The Tadlock’s, in partnership with several others, own an 1874 building on the square and recently they purchased (somewhat on a whim) and moved into a historic home in town. That experience led to Alyssa finally, after several years of talking about it, getting her real estate license. She is passionate about the history and charm that Winterset has to offer and looks forward to connecting people with the property they are searching for.
